Health & safety guidelines

🧼 Before Your Appointment:

  • Please arrive on time – not early or late, to keep things running smoothly and avoid client overlap.

  • Come solo – no extra guests or children unless part of a group booking or arranged ahead of time.

  • Feeling under the weather? If you have any cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, please reschedule—no fees for health-related cancellations.

  • Masks are optional – if you’d like to wear one, feel free! Masks are available upon request.

  • Hand washing is a must for manicures – the sink is inside the salon and ready for you as soon as you arrive.

  • Use hand sanitizer – we have plenty on hand for you.

  • Bring only essentials – phone, keys, wallet, etc. Keeping the space minimal helps keep it clean.

  • No outside food or drinks – water bottles are totally fine.

  • Wear comfy clothing – especially for color services or nail appointments.

  • Cash is preferred – but credit cards and Zelle are also accepted.

🐾 Pet Guidelines

  • We are pet-friendly, but please note that my dogs aren’t always the most social.

  • If you'd like to bring your dog, please let me know in advance! I’ll make sure my pups are put away and give your dog a calm, safe space.

  • Kokkonut is our aloof queen – she’ll greet you and then prefer to do her own thing. Please don’t pet her—she likes to observe from a distance.

  • Kramer is all about snuggles – if he brings you a toy, you’ve been chosen!

  • Kimchi is the friendliest of the bunch – he loves people, kids, and other dogs. He’ll say hi and then go back to his nap.

🧼 During Your Appointment:

  • Relax and enjoy your service – we want you to feel comfortable and at ease.

  • Feel free to ask questions – whether it’s about the process, products, or aftercare, I’m happy to chat.

  • Stay in your chair – to maintain a safe and efficient workspace, please remain seated unless otherwise discussed.

  • Wi-Fi is available – I encourage you to bring your phone or laptop and get some work done during your appointment! After all, it’s what pays the bills… specifically the salon bills.

  • Lunch break for long appointments – If you’re having a long hair service, let me know, and we can schedule a lunch break.

  • Silent appointment? No problem! – If you prefer a quiet session, just let me know. I’m happy to accommodate!

  • No food or drink (except water) – to keep the salon clean, please refrain from eating during your service unless it’s a long appointment.

  • Filming your experience is encouraged! – Feel free to take photos or videos during your appointment and tag me on social media. It’s a great way to promote my work, and I always appreciate the love!

  • Please communicate with me – if you need to reschedule or adjust your service mid-appointment, I’m here to help.
