As the official salon greeter, Kokko takes her job very seriously—she’ll escort you from the front door straight to the salon like you’re royalty... but don’t get it twisted. She’s not here for pets or cuddles. She’s here for the vibe, the gossip, and the drama. She lives for hearing all the hot tea but prefers to keep a respectable distance while doing so—just close enough to listen, not touch.

She may be small, but she calls all the shots. And if you’re lingering a little too long after your appointment? Don’t worry, she will personally escort you out. Respect the queen, and all will be fabulous.

Licensed since 2008 but in love with the beauty industry her whole life, Jacqueline is a master of many trades. From precision haircuts and custom color to structured nails using top-tier Japanese and Korean products, she’s all about detail, artistry, and making you feel your absolute best. Certified in Brazilian Blowout and double-certified in Kokoist, she brings a high level of skill and care to every service.

But Jacqueline’s talents don’t stop at beauty—give her a power drill and a reason, and she’ll be elbows-deep in a DIY project faster than you can say “that wasn’t broken.” She's the kind of person who will figure it out, ask the right questions, and get it done. No task too big, no challenge too random.

Outside the salon, her heart belongs to rescue animals and helping anyone who needs a hand—whether it's building a shelf, saving a stray, or just showing up for a friend. She’s the person who shows up with tools, snacks, and zero hesitation.

Her clients often say they come in for a service but leave with a friendship—and that’s exactly how she likes it.

🧸 Kramer – Chief Snuggle Officer

Kramer is our resident sweetheart and certified emotional support specialist (self-appointed, but highly qualified). With a heart as big as his toy collection, he’s here to make sure every client feels safe, seen, and slightly covered in fur. As soon as you walk in, Kramer will rush to select a toy that he believes suits your energy—it might be a squeaky taco, it might be a chewed-up dinosaur. Whatever it is, it’s handpicked with love.

He’s incredibly intuitive and always knows who needs an extra cuddle or just a quiet snuggle on the side. In exchange for this high-level emotional labor, all he asks is that you toss the toy a few times. Fair trade, really.
